Through studying a Masters Degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy at University, I offer highly professional coaching sessions that guide you into deeper levels of self love, and allow you to transform your life into one your soul truly desires. We take a holistic approach of looking at your life, and find the root causes of what is disconnecting you from your truth.
We begin releasing old stories, traumas, and patterns that hold you back from truly being empowered, while simultaneously introducing in embodiment, self love, behavioural and spiritual practices to transform your life.
Energetic Healing
In person (Marrickville, Sydney) - $140 for an hour
Online (video or phone call) - $120 for an hour
I am Professionally trained and certified as a Reiki Practitioner, and have developed my own method of Energetic Healing which I have taught professionally. My healing sessions release emotional, physical and spiritual stagnation and allow a flow of life force energy to re-enter your being where you need it most. I work largely with love energy and encourage flow to return to the heartspace, leaving you with a feeling of returning home to yourself and more clarity in relation to yourself and your life.
